The Patsy Bean Memorial Golf Tournament
benefitting the
Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties
 
July 15, 2013 with a Shotgun Start at 4:00 pm
9-Hole, Scramble Format
 
You’re invited to play in a fun, celebration-golf-tournament to remember and honor our friend Patsy Bean and benefit the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties in the process.
 
The PBMT will be a nine-hole, scramble format. The basic entry fee is $12.00, of which $10.00 is a donation to the VNA. We’ll sell magic putts and entry into driving accuracy contests, and anything else we think would be fun for you and generate dollars for the VNA.
 
AGL Members and Season Pass holders pay no greens fees. Others pay only $10.00. Cart fees are waived for AGL Cart Contract holders. While taking a cart isn’t mandatory, we hope that you will pay the nominal cart fee ($9.00 for AGL members and $11.00 for AGL season pass holders and other non-members) to keep up the pace of play.
 
After the golf, we’ll have a cash bar and a few munchies, a silent auction (we already have greens fees to Vermont National, a beautiful hand-knit baby sweater, artwork, and Mets tickets), a raffle with both money and other donated prizes. We hope that everyone will be in the mood to open their wallets for this good cause, and have a great time.
 
An optional dinner will be available for $18.00 including tax and gratuity with entrée choices of: Flank Steak, Herbed Chicken, or Glazed Salmon.
 
Everyone will get a memento of the event, and the scramble winners will have theirs framed. There will be just one winning team – remember, this is about celebrating Patsy and fund-raising for the VNA! Additional donations made payable to the VNA will be gratefully accepted and acknowledged.
 
You can sign up as a foursome or as a single, or anything in between. We’ll put together foursomes if you don’t have one up front. Click TEAM or SINGLE or DINNER ONLY for the appropriate sign up sheet.
