Banquet & Reception Information

 

Clubhouse Rental Fee:  The clubhouse rental fee for use up to six hours is $750.  The clubhouse may be rented for additional time at a rate of $100 per hour, with no event permitted to last beyond 11:00 pm.  This covers the use of the existing tables and chairs for up to 75 people.  This does not include the cost of food, alcohol, tax, gratuity or linens.

 

Setup Fee:  $350 will be charged for a set up fee if round tables and white folding chairs are used.  The cost for the use of round tables, which seat eight comfortably, is $10 per table.  White folding chairs are available for $1 per chair and the dance floor is available for $175 per event.

Guarantee:  A final count of the number of guests, as well as final payment, is due two weeks prior to the event.

Multiple Use:  Our facility remains open to golfer traffic during daylight hours.  In addition, the parking lot and golf course will remain in use for our golf customers during wedding receptions.  Alburg Golf Links will make every attempt to ensure event privacy, but golfer service will continue until our regular closing times.

Decorating:  All decorating is your responsibility.  You will have access to the room for setup a minimum of two hours prior to the event.  Additional decorating time will be permitted assuming the room is not being used for another function.

Seating:  Our restaurant is able to serve large and small parties.  Seating is available on the deck or in the clubhouse.  We have square tables with various seating capacities and can arrange them in many different configurations.  We also have 60" round tables which are described above in the Setup Fee section.  Please advise if a head table is needed.

Linens:  Tablecloths and napkins in a variety of colors are available at an additional charge.

 

 

Food & Beverage Service:  No food or beverage may be brought into the clubhouse or on the grounds without prior approval from the Restaurant Manager.  Menu selections must be made at least two weeks prior to your function.  No wine or alcoholic beverages can be brought onto the premises.  Links on the Lake Restaurant will be responsible for the administration, sales & service of alcoholic beverages.
